Senior Associate, Product Management - Card Authorizations Platform

* Own refinement of the product strategy, customer experience, and roadmap for advanced detection, triage, and recovery capabilities such as Anomaly Detection across the entire platform, with opportunities to influence broader application across other Decisioning Platforms and Card.* Lead the rollout and delivery of critical systems observability capabilities that support the health, reliability, and integrity of the platform; with specific focus on building confidence in critical modernization initiatives for our platform.* Collaborate with technical partners to evaluate external vendor solutions and internal tools for delivering scalable and extensible capability suite; maintain an adopt-first mindset while considering options to contribute/build where gaps and opportunities surface.* Obsess over a diverse set of internal customers that span varying role (engineers/analysts/operations), ownership (platform vs. segments), and oversight (teams vs. executives) distinctions to ultimately build confidence in our platform health and decision accuracy.****In this role, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager, and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas**:*** You’ll work autonomously in an agile environment, to conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technology* You’ll collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build cutting edge solutions to help customers* You’ll deliver well-managed product platforms for customers by seeking to understand technology trends and architecture strategy****Communicator & Influencer.**** You can communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience.
