Pritchard Industries is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Part‑Time Night Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our commercial client site overlooking all Weston Public Schools. You will lead a team, inspect completed work, train staff on proper techniques, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader willing to get their hands dirty to ensure our clients receive top‑tier service.
Location & Compensation Weston, CT – School District, Part‑Time (≈20–25 hrs/wk), Night Shift (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Mon‑Fri), $22.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a nighttime janitorial team.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Train staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with management for replenishment.
Qualifications Detail‑oriented, reliable, and proactive leader with experience in janitorial or facilities management preferred. Ability to work independently during nighttime hours and manage a small team.
