Responsibilities
Perform assigned duties using established policies and procedures.
Assist with the management of the OPSEC program.
Maintain the physical security controls and accreditation of the facility.
Review security policies/procedures for currency/relevancy and provide input for updating or re-writing.
Perform initial and annual security briefings, refresher briefings, and debriefings.
Perform other Security or Administrative duties in accordance with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) guidelines.
Assist with administering inventory control, including physical counts and reconciliation.
Assist with the receipt and shipment of all materials and goods consigned to the RPRC location and subcontractor partner locations.
Assist with the maintenance, control, and coordination of stock inventory, tools, and all items in storage.
Assist with providing asset operational procedure training to RPRC staff, subcontractor partners, and users related to DOD program activities.
Process security nomination packages and handle indoctrinations and debriefings for RPRC personnel.
Review and update DD‑254s as part of the industrial security program.
Maintain personnel security documentation, ensuring accurate and current in‑processing and out‑processing records.
Process classified visit requests and verify clearances through systems like DISS and Scattered Castles.
Handle requests for incoming/outgoing visits and clearance verifications for SAARs.
Assist in implementing the Security Education Awareness program by developing training materials, security bulletins, directives, and procedures. Deliver weekly security awareness training and sessions.
Provide on‑call support and be prepared to return to the duty station or work remotely during off‑hours in times of crisis or to assess and respond to threats.
Required Qualifications
US Citizenship is required.
Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
AA/AS or equivalent experience in a security or business‑related field.
3‑5 years of related experience in DoD environments.
Work with minimal supervision.
Extensive knowledge of DISS.
Knowledge in Personnel Security.
Solid understanding of the Security Education and Awareness requirements across DoD and SCI programs.
Impeccable customer service skills.
Expert experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools and systems (Excel, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
Maintain clearance and eligibility throughout employment.
Work flexible shifts to complete the mission.
Working onsite Monday – Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. in a security or business‑related field.
Training / Certifications DD254 Form Short, Derivative Classification, Insider Threat Awareness, Insider Threat Program Personnel PII Training, Introduction to Industrial Security, Introduction to Information Security, Introduction to Physical Security, Introduction to Personnel Security, Introduction to the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) Certification and Accreditation Process, Introduction to the Risk Management Framework, Marking Classified Information, Personnel Clearances in the NISP, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Physical Security Measures.
Travel Local travel infrequent.

The projected compensation range for this position is for full‑time status.
