Assists the Supervisor Agency Fleet Management: Assists with overall fleet management. Ensures completion of monthly vehicle logs by vehicle operators and ensures data from the logs is entered into Fleetwave. Updates the agency’s AVIMS fleet management Sharepoint page to ensure accurate records are kept of each vehicle in the agency’s fleet regarding vehicle data including state tag numbers, location, assignment, mileage and disposal information. Assists with the preparation of vehicle movement and vehicle disposal documentation for DMS at the end of vehicle lifecycle. Requests Sunpass stickers for agency vehicles. Assists with other fleet management projects as directed. Agency Annual Promotional Process: Assists with the agency’s annual promotional process. Schedules process meetings at the direction of the SMAII-SES. Assists with preparation of meeting notes and follow up needs. Assists with the cataloging and preparation of final test questions once approved by the SME panel. Assists with test scheduling and other administrative preparations for the annual exam cycle. Compiles other promotional process documents as necessary for a successful exam cycle. Inventory of Agency Assigned assets: Assists with agency inventory responsibilities. Attends annual inventory training as prescribed by the department and participates in the annual inventory process. Scans inventory items as directed. Provides administrative assistance to the SMAII-SES to ensure all agency assets are tracked and accounted for. Makes entries to agency databases related to assets and asset movement. Creates ICRs in Cherwell as directed. Other Administrative Duties Provides assistance and/or completes other administrative or support tasks assigned by the chain of command. Administrative duties may include any functions or tasks supporting the administration, operations, or functions of the Office of Agricultural Law Enforcement. Attends meetings and travels as required. Operates and/or utilizes a variety of business and office equipment and machines including computers, photocopying equipment, scanners, calculators, etc. Reception Backup Acts as backup for office receptionist responsible for greeting and directing visitors. Receives, answers, and routes telephone and fax communications to the proper party in a timely manner. Provides support to OALE Headquarters staff. Documentation Support Researches records and traces documents. Organizes and maintains records, filing systems, databases and inventories. Enters and reviews data for accuracy and completeness. OTHER Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of administrative experience. A master’s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one year of the required experience. Administrative or clerical experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education. An equivalent combination of education and experience which equals six (6) years can substitute for the above requirements. Preference may be given to individuals who possess: Experience working at an accredited Law Enforcement Agency. Selection Process
