This role requires you to have analytical skills, multi-tasking ability, and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business associates and leaders. This individual acts with the direction and under supervision of Senior Paralegal.You will bring 3+ years of progressive and successful experience as a paralegal working with commercial issues in a corporate or law firm setting with solid legal research, organizational, writing, analytical, and communication skills to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. The degree or certificate must be in paralegal studies from accredited college, university, or program.**Other Listed Duties*** Prepare and update training materials, newsletters, organizational charts, etc.* Distribute and record Confidentiality Acknowledgements.* Review contracts and corporate governance for due diligence process.* Conduct legal research and prepare analysis.* Track deadlines.**About KONE***At KONE, we foster an innovative and collaborative culture, valuing each individual's contribution.
