Location The position is based in the Kalamazoo, MI area. Candidates must live near this location or be willing to travel.
Job Overview This team ensures that physical inventories are done accurately and professionally in our retail units. Delivering reliable inventory counts helps our stores and our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Work independently, physically counting merchandise in stores, scanning UPCs, and entering counts on a handheld computer.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with store team members.
Maintain accuracy and efficiency; track daily progress toward goals and receive regular feedback.
Exercise good judgment and handle confidential information with discretion.
Participate in other auditing projects as opportunities arise.
Perform other related duties as required.
Travel between stores; occasional travel to different towns and states. Reliable transportation is a must.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Knowledge of general business math and bookkeeping.
Six months to one year of job training and experience.
Strong mental and visual ability to perform counts.
Physical ability required for standing and walking at least 95% of the time.
Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move objects between 10 and 50 lbs.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
