The
Overnight Team Member
will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests during the overnight hours. The Overnight Team Member will close the shift for that business day, maintain the club’s cleanliness standards and ensure seamless club operations. Benefits

Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including front desk, spa, club equipment, floor and locker rooms. Handle all front‑desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, signing up new members, touring prospective members and updating member accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns timely and professionally; elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. Communicate and coordinate with the day shift and overnight support positions to ensure seamless club operations. Qualifications / Requirements
Punctuality and reliability. Exceptional customer service skills; positive and professional interactions with members and co‑workers, exceeding member expectations. Customer service background preferred. Basic computer proficiency. A passion for fitness and health. Upbeat and positive attitude. Current CPR/AED Certification preferred. Strong listening and problem‑solving skills. Diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language. Must be 18 years of age or older. Physical Demands
Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift. Ability to work overnight shifts. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Exposure to cleaning agents during shift. Compensation
Part‑time, nonexempt position. Days and hours can be anywhere between Monday through Sunday, 10 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., including holidays.
