Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for outsourced cybersecurity vendors
Investigate network issues with a strong understanding of where and how to troubleshoot
Manage and configure VPN connections and network authentication processes
Take full ownership of network switches in a Cisco environment
Utilize and manage Meraki dashboards for monitoring and configuration
Requirements:
SolarWinds expertise is non-negotiable – must have recent, hands‑on experience (e.g., adding nodes, configuring alerts/notifications)
Experience with authentication systems; ability to manage authentication and alert configurations
Strong knowledge of VPN configuration and maintenance
Proficiency in Cisco switching environments – must be confident leading all switch‑related responsibilities
Hands‑on Meraki dashboard experience
