At Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill, we take pride in knowing we are doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint and help our environment last for decades to come. We offer eco‑friendly to go packaging, along with utensils all made from plant‑based starch. We utilize a Smart Car which gets 50 MPG. We also recycle all our cooking oil into Bio Diesel. These are all great ideas we have added to create a brand that lends itself to being eco‑friendly, but in the back of the house we also make sure we are doing our part to recycle all our large cans, bottles and all cardboard. It is very important to follow all these guidelines as well when you are representing Salsa Fresca and hopefully you will adopt these same practices in your personal life. Equal Opportunity

They were both hired 10 years ago before working their way up to becoming part owners of our West Hartford location! Sarah was a cashier before becoming our regional manager of Salsa Fresca!
