Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers & Helpers. As a Mover & Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient movement of furniture and other belongings for our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and excellent teamwork skills.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items repeatedly.
Great communication and customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions effectively.
Valid driver's license is a plus.
Responsibilities
Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture and other items onto and off moving trucks.
Carefully pack and wrap furniture, fragile items, and household goods to prevent damage during transportation.
Assembling and disassembling furniture as needed.
Providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process.
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and organized moves.
Following safety protocols and handling equipment with care.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the move.
May be required to drive company vehicles and transport items to the designated location.
