Group Fitness Personal Trainer – Horizon West

THE POSITION
We are looking for energetic group trainers who thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity setting and can deliver top‑quality workouts and member engagement in our studio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach and motivate studio members through predetermined workouts.
Conduct in‑person, goal‑oriented consultations with trial members.
Correct exercise form to prevent injuries.
Promote and sell F45 services, assisting with membership growth and retention.
Demonstrate and complete every exercise with perfect form.
Provide regressions and progressions for all exercises.
Set up, break down, clean, and store equipment before and/or after classes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience training or working in an F45 environment preferred.
Minimum of 1 year as a personal fitness trainer.
Group training experience required or demonstrated ability.
Availability for weekend shifts.
Excellent communication, customer service, and public‑speaking skills.
Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, heart‑rate‑focused training, and F45 science.
Energetic, attentive, and caring character.
Proficiency with social media (Instagram, Facebook).
Must be on feet and moving throughout the workout.
CERTIFICATIONS
Nationally accredited current fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA).
Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
Group training certification.
Compensation
USD 24.00 per hour.
