Project Managers coordinateand deliver multiple, simultaneousfire andlifesafetyprojects of various complexities, whichcontributestocreatingsafer environments in critical institutions such as hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities. As a Project Manager, y our fiscal and managerial oversight across all project facets ensures client satisfaction, effective resource allocation, and safe,timelycompletion of projects.
As a Project Manager, you will:
Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions,establishingcomprehensive project schedules in coordination with the team whileidentifyingcrucial installation timelines
Oversee the procurement of supplies and materialsrequiredfor project completion, and activelyparticipatein project cost reviews to ensure financial efficiency
Assist the Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors, coordinating their activities to align with the project scope, schedules, and fiscal requirements while ensuring adherence to safety regulations
Conduct orientations for project technicians,providingall necessary project documentation such as scope of work, technical drawings, project contacts, and application-engineered diagrams
Diligently track project resources and progress, documenting any eventsimpactingthe schedule, scope, and overall efficiency;identifyand pursue opportunities for project-specific change orders
Manage project-specific billing coordination with theaccountingteam and Operations Manager, schedule commissioning resources,expeditethe return of mark-ups for as-built development, and ensuretimelycompletion of project-specific close-out documentation
You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
3+yearsofexperiencein the commercial fire and life safetyor related industry
Must be able todemonstrateknowledgeoflocal and national (NFPA)firealarmcodes and regulationsas well as theabilityto read and understand drawings and specificationsandelectrical, network,and control wiring diagrams
Experience withMicrosoft Officeand Microsoft Project
Must be 21 years of age andpossessa valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
AssociateorBachelor’sDegree inMechanical or Electrical Engineeringpreferred
5+yearsofexperiencein the commercial fire and life safety industry

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
