The Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County invites applications for the role of Paid Service Tutor. This position focuses on empowering at‑risk youths and adults academically and personally. Objectives & Responsibilities

Dedicate yourself to delivering tutoring and mentorship services Monday through Friday. Empower at‑risk youths and adults academically and personally. Adapt to full‑time or part‑time schedules as needed. Participate in professional development and training provided by the organization. Compensation & Benefits

Living allowance stipend of $33,004 annually. Health benefits for full‑time members (medical, vision, and dental coverage). Education award of $6,495 to support further education or qualified student loan repayment. Flexibility to tailor hours in accordance with your lifestyle. Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation. Dedication to making a lasting impact as a tutor and mentor. Preferred: college degree or some college experience. U.S. citizenship, national, or legal residency required; must pass an AmeriCorps civilian service background check. Apply Today
