Position Overview
Position Type: Community Education/ Wonder Zone Instructors; Non-Licensed Instructors Contract; Paid vacation, personal, and sick leave; 12 paid holidays each year; Employees are eligible for benefits on day one of employment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of early childhood care and enrichment activities, programs and services for children three to six years of age in a safe and enriching environment.
Communicates the Wonder Zone program mission and vision, and implements goals and objectives that support the department and district missions, visions and strategic plans.
Develops and implements age-appropriate theme based curriculum that aligns with the Minnesota Early Childhood Indicators of Progress.
Works directly with large and small groups of children in planned activities throughout a variety of settings such as classroom, cafeteria, gym, playground and while on field trips.
B.A. or B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Must have 2 year Early Childhood degree / Early Childhood experience.
Current CPR and First Aid Certification.

10:30 am - 6:00 pm
175 days + Event Days
Pay Range/Classification
$25.41- $28.62 per hour depending on experience
Non-Licensed Instructors Contract
