Role Description
This is an on-site role for Servers in the Catering and Restaurant team at Dray Bar & Grill in Spartanburg, SC. Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by attending to guests’ needs, taking accurate food and drink orders, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Additional duties include setting up catering events and working collaboratively with team members to manage a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide a friendly and professional experience
Ability to multitask in a busy environment and manage time effectively
Knowledge of food and beverage service, with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in catering is a plus
Collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a team
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards in a restaurant or catering environment
Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous but not required
