Job Summary:
Stock and maintain bars with beverages.
Responsibilities
Stock all beer coolers, keep all coolers clean and organized.
Stock all back up supplies.
Stock all glassware.
Wash all glassware as needed.
Keep all ice bins full.
Breakdown all empty boxes and take to compactor.
Boarding ramp glass holders are to be emptied and cleaned every hour.
Replace all empty liquor bottles, all bottles must have a “BERG” heat seal attached. Any bottles without a seal must be returned to the liquor room.
Set up and break down glass washing machine, insure there is detergent, sanitizer and ultra dry.
Assist bartender when needed.
Qualifications
Must be minimally 21 years old.
Must be able to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board.
Salary Range:
$13.50 - $14.00 per hour plus tips (depending on experience).
