The Public Relations Strategist supports LifeWays mission by developing and executing communication, marketing, and public relations initiatives that increase public awareness and understanding of mental health and substance use services. Working collaboratively with leadership and internal teams, this role ensures consistent branding, effective outreach, and meaningful community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute community events, trainings, and outreach initiatives with internal and external partners
Develop and manage advertising and public relations campaigns across digital, print, and media platforms
Maintain and update the LifeWays website, including blogs, event calendars, and media content
Create and enforce brand standards to ensure consistent representation of LifeWays
Manage social media strategy, content creation, engagement, and analytics
Coordinate media relations, including press materials and responses to inquiries
Oversee production of promotional materials, branded merchandise, video content, and printed materials
Manage the LifeWays eCommerce store and vendor relationships
Develop the annual marketing plan, annual report, and performance metrics
