Schedule & Compensation
Hourly schedule: 1 PM – 9 PM, five days a week. Hourly rate: $17.25 / hr. Paid training available.
Job Purpose
Support residents and community members through therapeutic activities, vocational and recreational programs, and community outings.
Responsibilities
Participate in development of new vocational and recreational programs, individual and group sessions, and special events.
Promote active participation appropriate to each client’s function and abilities.
Evaluate and provide creative therapeutic equipment, supplies, and materials as needed.
Maintain supplies required for residential activities and community outings.
Drive clients, staff, and volunteers to approved community outing sites.
Document all activities and outings accurately and timely.
Consistently meet Marklund’s values and mission‑statement goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
CNA preferred.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and meet its functional and environmental requirements.
