Review employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness and compliance Verify receipts, documentation, and approvals Process expenses in a timely manner Identify inconsistencies, errors or policy violations and resolve or escalate as needed Maintain records of all expenses submitted Respond to employee inquiries regarding expense policy Skills You’ll Need
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and email applications like Outlook and Concur Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work autonomously and confidently interact with all employees Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral High attention to detail and a passion for quality Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas for improvement Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $40K to $62K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
