Vyntra
We’re looking for great people to join our growing team and help us create a safer and more transparent financial system
At Vyntra, we’re building the future of financial technology—combining innovation, integrity, and impact on a global scale.
If you’re passionate about solving complex challenges, eager to grow alongside world‑class experts, and inspired by the chance to shape how finance works worldwide, we’d love to meet you.
Whether you’re an engineer, data scientist, product strategist, or client success champion, you’ll find a place here to push boundaries, make meaningful contributions, and thrive in one of our dynamic offices around the world.
As a Project Manager at
Vyntra , you’ll play a central role in delivering high‑impact, data‑driven software projects for leading financial institutions. You’ll provide the link between our clients, our internal delivery teams, and the practical realities of implementing technology that prevents financial crime and enables full transaction observability.
You’ll run multiple projects end‑to‑end — keeping delivery on track, managing expectations, maintaining budgets and timelines, and building trusted relationships with client‑side stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role where clarity, structure and the ability to stay calm under pressure are as important as effective collaboration with technical teams.
What you’ll do
Project Delivery & Organisation
Own the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from kick‑off to close‑out.
Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and supporting documentation.
Track progress against scope and forecasted hours; ensure all activities and consultant hours are accurately logged.
Keep projects up to date in internal tools (e.g., Certinia, Jira, Celoxis, MS Project). Maintain status reports, action logs and risk registers; elevate issues early and constructively.
Coordinate work across Business Analysts, Professional Services Consultants, Data Scientists and others to keep delivery moving.
Balance resources across active projects and ensure the right people are available at the right time.
Act as the single point of contact for your clients throughout each project.
Build strong relationships with the client’s PM, technical teams and project sponsors.
Understand business objectives, scope and success criteria — and keep everyone aligned during delivery.
Lead client meetings, internal stand‑ups and planning sessions, ensuring actions and decisions are clearly captured.
Handle escalations with confidence, clarity and a strong sense of ownership.
Ways of Working & Methodology
Apply practical project management approaches — whether your background is Prince2, PMI, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma or similar.
Work comfortably in a fast‑moving SaaS and financial‑technology environment.
Contribute to internal process improvements as we continue to scale quickly.
Based in our Yverdon‑les‑Bains office 3 days per week plus occasional travel for major workshops, kick‑offs or review meetings.
About you
We’re looking for a customer‑oriented Project Manager with a solutions‑focused mindset and experience delivering software, SaaS or data‑driven projects — ideally for banking, payments or financial services. You should be a clear and concise communicator, highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with a good level of autonomy.
Your background should include managing several projects at the same time, with different levels of complexity, and coordinating cross‑functional teams without direct line management responsibility.
You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should understand basic technical terminology and follow discussions involving APIs, data flows, integrations or architecture concepts. Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with project management methods or tools are also important.
