Position Summary The Logistics Operator plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including safely operating forklifts, managing inventory transactions, and supporting order accuracy. Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks in compliance with all safety policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Perform inventory transactions using a PDA and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Verify orders, paperwork, and logistics transactions for accuracy
Move K-Flex products and materials to internal and external customers
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the supervisor
Complete required operational paperwork accurately and timely
Follow all ERP and warehouse procedures
Assist with problem‑solving related to warehouse operations
Cross‑train in other logistics areas as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
06 months of general warehouse experience (forklift experience strongly preferred)
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Sit‑down forklift experience or ability to obtain forklift certification
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment
Team‑oriented with the ability to work well with others
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling
Use of hands, arms, and legs to lift, push, pull, and reach
Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, heat, and moderate noise
