Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being. Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication management, and toileting. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness in resident living areas, including laundry and housekeeping tasks. Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the agency Administrator. Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times. Assist in daily ambulation as needed. Benefits
