Location:

The Portland Hospital , Great Portland Street, London.

Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Shifts between 0800 and 2000 Monday to Friday, with weekend rotations, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts as required.

Employment Type: Permanent.

Annual Salary: £29,037 per annum + excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet patients, visitors, consultants and staff and deal with their enquiries in accordance with world‑class standards.

Answer telephone enquiries, referring where appropriate.

Direct patients to the appropriate area.

Coordinate deliveries and couriers.

Qualifications

Previous Receptionist experience essential within a 5* establishment.

Previous Receptionist experience within healthcare desirable.

Excellent communication skills.

Computer literate.
