WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals for a full-time Case Manager position in our Social Skills Program. As a Case Manager, you will play a key role in supporting teens and young adults in developing essential social skills through structured and engaging interventions. You will oversee client progress, collaborate with families and staff, and contribute to the success of our program.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide ongoing support to Direct Service Providers (DSPs) delivering social skills training services at the center, in the community, and in clients' homes.

Address parent questions and concerns regarding services and client progress.

Develop and implement individualized client treatment plans, incorporating client and parent goals.

Regularly update goals based on client progress and parent feedback.

Write and submit monthly progress reports to the clinical team for review.

Meet monthly with the Clinical Coordinator to review caseloads, client progress, and address any concerns.

Train and mentor new specialists to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.

Collaborate with the team to plan and participate in in-person program events.

Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional conferences as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in special education, psychology, counseling, child development, human development, social work, or a related field (preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field (required)

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and/or families

Experience with social skills groups or social skills therapy is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese)

Must pass a criminal background check

Must pass a TB test

Must obtain RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician)

Must have reliable transportation to travel to client or staff locations within Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley

SCHEDULE

Full-time, 8-hour shifts

Day and evening shifts

Monday through Friday

Availability to work two Saturdays per month

Work location: office and field-based
