Position Summary We're looking for a
Brand Manager
to join the Welch's team supporting
Jelly, Jams and Spreads portfolio , one of our critical growth platforms. You will be responsible for general management of the platform including strategic direction, cross‑functional platform team leadership, overall performance, competitive analysis, product, price, promotions, marketing and new product development. This role will focus on building, and leading the three‑year strategic roadmap, delivering strong growth plans for the Jelly, Jams and Spreads platform at Welch's.
Where You’ll Work This role will be based out of our Waltham, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives, and collaboration is key.
Our company in‑office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well‑being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.
What You’ll Do Develop and execute overall strategic direction for the platform and communicate broadly across the organization, from leadership to sales execution.
Formulate short‑term and long‑term business objectives, collaborating closely with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to effectively execute plans.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns and monitor in‑market performance to achieve objectives.
Oversee platform monthly business reporting, IMC budgets, P&Ls, and forecasts, adjusting plans, programs, and activities as needed to ensure the platform meets profit, and volume/net sales growth targets.
Monitor competitive activity and develop game plans and contingencies to protect marketplace position and mitigate threats.
Utilize analysis, consumer insights and other tools to arrive at consumer needs and "white space" opportunities, which translate key initiatives.
Identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring that resources are allocated to those that drive impactful growth.
Effectively lead cross‑functional teams and provide a leadership voice "to bring teams along" relative to organizational priorities and initiatives.
Develop and coach one direct report.
Occasional travel up to 5%

What You’ll Need BS/BA required. Business, Marketing or related field preferred. MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience developing and commercializing new products and platforms.
CPG industry experience strongly preferred, specifically in Food and Beverage.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 annually for U.S. based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position across all U.S. locations, is based on a full‑time work schedule, and is Welch’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus plan.
