Senior Procurement Specialist
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to manage software assets and procurement, renewals, contracts, vendor updates, and workflows.
What You'll Be Doing:
Create and track requests for new and existing software/subscriptions including monitoring approvals and procurement processes.
Manage upcoming renewals and contract dates and act as the procurement point of contact for engineering software and technical library vendors.
Analyze purchasing requisitions for accuracy and prepare contracts for legal review.
Create new vendor and vendor update requests.
Assist in vendor negotiations.
Assist with budget management.
Provide asset management and procurement support to the Engineering Systems team.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
Proficiency in asset management and procurement software platforms.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or related field).
In lieu of degree we would consider someone with 6+ years of related work experience is required.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Proficiency in Asset Manager, SAP Ariba, PRISM, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.
Experience in managing software procurement and renewals
Knowledge of software licensing workflows and implementation.
Ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

This position is part of our Corporate team.
Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
