As a

Dental Front Office Coordinator

you will collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles. You will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.

Compensation starting at $24- $28/hour and may increase based on dental experience

Schedule

Monday: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Tuesday: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Wednesday: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Friday: Open to hours in the future

Saturdays: Off

Sundays: Off

Responsibilities

Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority

Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures

Insurance benefits verification

Manage patient documents and records

Process and complete claim forms

Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience

Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients

Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules

Demonstrate proper phone etiquette

Participates and contributes to a positive work environment

Qualifications

Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!

Knowledge of Dental Insurance and Treatment planning is preferred but open to training someone

Knowledge or willingness to learn dental operations

Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
