This role offers the opportunity to lead and nurture high-value strategic partnerships that drive growth, retention, and long-term success. You will work closely with internal leadership to execute partnership strategies, build strong relationships, and oversee partner launches and engagement initiatives. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and external stakeholders. You will monitor performance metrics, translate insights into action, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and contractual obligations. This position is ideal for a dynamic, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving impact in the health and wellness sector.

Accountabilities

Develop and execute strategic partnership plans that identify, engage, and scale high-value partners

Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing growth of partnerships

Build, monitor, and strengthen relationships with key partners to drive long-term success

Collaborate with partner marketing teams and internal stakeholders on launches, events, and deliverables

Maintain a centralized partnership database to track engagement metrics, content performance, and preferences

Monitor performance metrics, track partner satisfaction, and proactively address risks to retention

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategies

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client success

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience executing partner events and managing cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, and Google Suite

Ability to manage difficult partners or clients and guide them to success

Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Customer-focused approach with commitment to excellent partner experiences

Knowledge of the health and wellness sector and awareness of HIPAA compliance is a plus
