The Communication Manager plays a critical role in aligning technical teams, leadership, clients and the public. In this role you will develop internal and external communication strategies to support construction projects and leadership objectives. This includes project communications, stakeholder updates, client reports, community notifications and executive briefings. You will oversee brand consistency and content creation on company platforms, including press releases and project announcements.

Project Manager Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field

3+ years of communications experience, preferably within construction, engineering, or infrastructure environments

Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, audience‑appropriate messaging

Experience managing stakeholder communications and media relations in high‑risk or regulated industries

Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
