Grill Station (Bradenton)

Job Summary We are looking for a diligent and skilled individual to join our team as a Grill Station team member. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and cook various types of food on the grill according to established recipes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat)

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a grill cook or in a similar role

Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling)

Ability to follow all sanitation procedure

Ability to work in a team

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift heavy objects

Ability to work in a hot environment

Preferred Qualifications

Food handler's permit or certification
