About the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Store Manager to oversee operations across two retail locations. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can motivate teams, maximize sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Regional Store Manager will receive a commission based on the performance of each location, providing a direct incentive to drive team success and store growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of two retail locations to ensure consistent performance and compliance with company standards
Lead, train, and motivate store teams to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across both stores
Recruit, onboard, and develop staff members while managing schedules and performance reviews
Ensure inventory is managed effectively, including restocking, loss prevention, and visual merchandising
Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally
Drive execution of sales initiatives, promotions, and store presentation strategies
Provide regular performance reports to leadership and recommend process improvements
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming store environments
Qualifications
3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably overseeing multiple locations
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in staff development, scheduling, and performance management
Proficiency in POS systems and retail software
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
