We are seeking a skilled
Cardiothoracic Surgeon
to join our established and growing practice in Madison, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and fellowship-trained surgeons to build a thriving practice while working alongside experienced, tenured staff in a collaborative environment.
Practice Details:
Case Mix:
80% cardiac procedures, 20% thoracic procedures
2024 Volume:
600 cardiac patient procedures
150 thoracic patient procedures
150 TAVR procedures
Call Schedule:
1:4 weekend call rotation
Technology:
Robotic surgery capabilities on‑site
Support:
Work with a dedicated first assist group
ICU Coverage:
Intensivist‑managed ICU care
