Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Vermont
Role Snapshot This role is built for a Vermont-licensed LMFT who wants to focus on meaningful therapy work without in-person clinic demands. You’ll work with individuals, couples, and families through scheduled virtual sessions, helping clients improve communication, manage conflict, and navigate major life changes.
Responsibilities
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Assess relational dynamics and develop clear treatment goals
Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Track client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Follow Vermont LMFT scope of practice and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
Active Vermont LMFT license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience working with relational or family-based cases
Comfortable delivering therapy in a virtual setting
