Salary / Hourly Rate:
$220,000 – $240,000 annually, based on experience

Job Summary: The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, community-centered healthcare.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum family medicine care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct preventive care visits and routine wellness exams
Provide inpatient care as part of an integrated care model
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging
Develop and manage treatment plans and medication regimens
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Support continuity of care and positive patient experiences

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
Eligible for hospital privileges
