A law firm is seeking a Corporate Transactions Paralegal to support attorneys in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file corporate documents (entity formations, foreign qualifications, amendments) Support M&A transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing Conduct UCC searches and assist with regulatory filings Prepare closing checklists, signature packets, and organize executed documents Manage data rooms and maintain corporate and transaction records Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties to support timely closings Qualifications
3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or professional services environment Experience with corporate transactions and M&A preferred How to Apply
