The Sr. Project Manager for Process, Excellence & Implementation (PE&I) is a customer-facing role responsible for the comprehensive scoping, estimation, project planning, management, and field oversight to deliver full wrap EPC Contracts and Customer install contracts of HyAxiom Fuel Cells and electrolyzers. Representing HyAxiom, the Sr. Project Manager leads the team in ensuring the reliable and timely execution of installation and commissioning plans. The Sr. Project Manager ensures that all assigned installation requirements are meticulously met, including the delivery of essential services and processes necessary for the successful deployment of the HyAxiom scope. Furthermore, guarantees clear and timely communication throughout the entire installation and commissioning process. The Sr. Project Manager diligently verifies the accurate and timely procurement, delivery, and deployment of all required services, materials, parts, and installation services. Additionally, they will cross-functionally coordinate the assigned activities, needs, and project/program progress across various departments, including Sales, Engineering, Test, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality organizations. In accordance with best project management practices, the Sr. Project Manager develops and shares best practices, maintains accurate records and key performance indicators (KPIs) of project performance, and drives process improvement and corporate knowledge. Role & Responsibility

Results Oriented; Customer Centered. Support and deliver assigned installation portion of the sales/installation contract. Provide Sample Installation Drawings from applications. Facilitate generation of One-Line, 3-Line, Site layout and Site Design documentation. Evaluate jobsite to review conditions / progress and assist in interpretation of site drawings, completing audits, inspections, daily logs. Monitor a detailed master construction schedule utilizing Microsoft Project and Procore for information management. Perform the work necessary to meet all relevant installation requirements and coordination of support services. Develops/propose methods, guidelines and policies to facilitate efficient, cost effective, high quality installation and Project Management approach. Compile as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and other documents to complete the closeout package. Work to assure all customer issues are satisfactorily addressed utilizing the broader HyAxiom team support as required. Assist to formulate accurate budgets for Fuel Cell Installations at various US Customer Sites. Role & Responsibility - Continued

Track project spend vs. budget and provide quarterly EAC (estimate at completion) updates. Conduct jobsite walkthroughs to verify actual field conditions (as needed). Assist to develop a list of qualified subcontract bidders. Communicate with subcontract bidders to confirm scope coverage. Analyze Subcontractor bids as they relate to drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Support procurement is on boarding process. Develop RFQ’s. Review all bid documents. Develop RFI’s as required. Assist in awarding construction contracts. Qualify and Hire equipment suppliers. Assist to procure required site electrical and mechanical installation equipment as required for contracts where HyAxiom is the equipment supplier. Work with team and subcontractors to obtain cost-saving alternatives and value engineering. Focuses on cost containment initiatives and opportunities across the Installation process Relationship Building with delivery to Quality, Schedule and Budget. Job Requirement - Education & Experience

BS degree in Engineering or related discipline with 7-10+ years of experience. PMP professional with > 7- 10+ years of project management experience. 10+ years of Energy related Project experience. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering certificate (license) with relevant Construction / Civil Experience will also be considered. PMP Certification highly desired. Energy project installation experience a plus. Finance, Sales and Materials work-along and teamwork experience. Experience with local, regional, national and global customer support processes, customs and diversity of business practices. Job Requirement - Knowledge & Skill
