Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Programs Associate who enjoys executing campaigns, staying organized, and helping bring marketing strategies to life. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and energized by turning plans into action. As a key execution partner within the marketing team, you’ll support demand generation, customer engagement, and campaign delivery across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to help ensure campaigns are launched smoothly, assets are delivered on time, and performance is tracked consistently. This role sits within the marketing team and collaborates closely with sales, product, and customer success to support cohesive, well-executed programs. Core Attributes

Comfortable asking questions, researching best practices, and applying feedback to improve execution. Campaign & Program Execution

Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with marketing leadership. Create and deploy emails, landing pages, and campaign assets using pre-built templates. Support campaign and website performance reporting by maintaining dashboards and summarizing insights. Coordinate logistics and promotion for webinars, podcasts, and live or virtual events. Assist with sales enablement materials, presentations, and campaign follow-through. Website & Digital Support

Support website updates, including publishing pages, uploading assets, updating links, and maintaining content accuracy. Build landing pages and campaign pages using templates within the CMS (e.g., WordPress). Assist with SEO and technical updates in collaboration with content and web specialists. Help monitor web analytics and campaign performance for reporting and review. Social Media Support

Support the Sr. Content Strategy Manager in executing the social media calendar through scheduling, posting, and performance tracking. Assist with engagement reporting and campaign analysis. Help maintain consistent brand voice and cadence across social channels. Asset & Systems Support

Help organize and maintain the marketing digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure assets and templates are current and accessible. Keep campaign documentation, checklists, and process guides organized and up to date. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing partners across content, product marketing, paid media, and operations to support integrated execution. Partner with sales and customer success to help align campaigns with customer and field insights. Communicate status updates and flag dependencies or risks to marketing leadership. Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign support, or marketing operations. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), CMS platforms, and basic analytics dashboards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools to produce campaign assets from templates. Clear communicator with a collaborative working style. Experience supporting webinars, events, and/or podcasts is a plus. Eager to grow skills and take on increasing responsibility over time.
