With a specialty in combining storytelling with media science and research, our goal is to provide meaningful and branded content solutions that deepenconsumer identification and brand loyalty.Carat Content is looking for a Senior Associate to support the IKEA content business, helping promote strategy, discovery, content development, and measurement across branded content projects. You will report to the Associate Director, Content.### What You Will Do* You will manage content-led ideas, media partnerships, influencer programs, and brand integrations.* You will collaborate with clients, our teams, and entertainment partners.* You will manage RFPs, guiding production and creative reviews, ensuring process consistency, overseeing timelines, and staying ahead of cultural and technology trends.* You will deliver clear written and verbal updates to partners, including status reports and meeting summaries.**Qualifications:*** You have 1–3 years of professional experience in branded content, advertising, or a related field.* You have experience facilitating cross-functional meetings to align priorities and resolve issues, and applying structured methods to overcome project challenges.* Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with defined deliverables. Maintain accurate project documentation and status report, coordinate with partners across departments, and negotiate timelines or resources to meet goals.* You must be willing to travel.**Additional Information***At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we're connected. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.*The annual salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375 annually.
