Primary Teacher
to join a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in
Boston . This role is available for an immediate start and offers an excellent opportunity to inspire pupils across the primary phase. About the Role / Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering engaging, broad, and balanced lessons aligned with the national curriculum. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to foster a stimulating learning atmosphere, meet individual learning needs, and encourage pupils to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver outstanding lessons that motivate and challenge pupils. Support children in their academic, personal, and social development. Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor progress and guide instruction. Establish a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership. Contribute to the school’s wider community and extra-curricular activities. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in a primary setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) is preferred. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective classroom practice. High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour. Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a positive outlook. Have an updated CV ( covering thelast ten years, barring any unexplained gaps ) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one). Why Join GSL Education?
