Regional Sales Manager - Northwest (TSN)
TSN, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the Salt Lake City or Portland area to create, develop, and drive sales within the Convenience Store segment in the Northwest. As a leading provider of operating supplies and retail goods to convenience store wholesalers and retailers, we offer thousands of products to this market, including foodservice disposables, retail carry‑out bags and sanitation and cleaning supplies. In addition to serving as a business development partner, the Regional Sales Manager will build customer relationships, handle customer complaints and inquiries, and effectively communicate with all appropriate internal departments.

Responsibilities
Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts
Meet or exceed assigned annual sales
Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with manufacturers' representatives to sell promoted items
Participate in scheduled sales meetings and maintain regular communication with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
Foster effective communication and collaboration across all departments to support organizational goals and ensure operational efficiency.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements
High school graduate required; bachelor’s degree in professional selling, marketing or business is a plus
Outside sales experience in the convenience store arena is preferred
Required to work independently with minimal supervision
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers and outside parties
Exceptional analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skills
Ability to utilize acceptable mathematical skills
Demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel required
Previous experience selling in a paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation or food service distribution industry is a plus
Ability to perform overnight travel up to 50% of the time
Ideal candidate would reside in the Southeast region and will be responsible for the multi‑state territory and the retailers and distributors in that region. Some account assignment could be outside this region.
Salary-only role. We offer a strong base pay, benefits, company car or car allowance, annual bonus opportunity, and performance-based growth opportunities without commission-based variability.
