As a
Full Stack Lead , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure applications that power business-critical solutions. You will be a valued member of our
Technology & Engineering
team and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
In this role, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using
Java J2EE ,
Spring Boot , and
Microservices .
Build and optimize
RESTful APIs
and microservices to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
Develop user interfaces using one of the modern front-end frameworks such as
React
or
Vue.js .
Build connections to
Test Data Management tools
like
GenRocket
to provide self-service capabilities for generating synthetic data.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.
Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings to share knowledge and improve processes.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance development practices.

What you need to have to be considered
At least 8+ years of experience as Full Stack Developer
with expertise in
Java J2EE
and one front-end technology ( React , or
Vue.js ).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Hands-on experience with
Spring Boot ,
Spring MVC , and related Spring modules (e.g., Spring Security, Spring Data).
Experience building and consuming
RESTful APIs
and working with
JSON/XML .
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g.,
MySQL ,
PostgreSQL ) and ORM frameworks like
Hibernate .
Experience with
microservices architecture
and containerization tools like
Docker .
Proficiency in version control systems like
Git .
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
These will help you stand out
Experience with
AWS cloud platform .
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
and tools like
Jenkins
or
GitLab CI .
Understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Scripting experience in
Python .
Familiarity with
Test Data Management tools
such as
GenRocket .
