Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Extensive experience with mechanical systems, controls, and PLCs
Deep knowledge of maintenance and reliability methods (TPM, FMEA, 5-Why, RCA)
Proficient with CMMS systems and asset management software
U.S. citizen or green card holder
Experience:
5+ years of experience leading maintenance and reliability initiatives within an industrial manufacturing setting
Proven experience developing and managing preventive maintenance (PM) programs and asset strategies
History of solving complex equipment failures through root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement (CI) actions
Ability to manage projects, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to capital investment decisions
