As a Treasury Manager, you will manage a team and oversee day‑to‑day operations. You will be responsible for standard and complex treasury activities supporting cash operations, including disbursements, unclaimed property, and retained assets. In addition, you will provide team leadership, ensure accurate and timely execution of processes, and support operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing
Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assess the impact, and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. Manage and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. Establish and implement individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibilities. Provide training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and give honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent. Manage and evaluate individual/team performance and take appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards. Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality. Serve as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects. Manage assigned area(s) of responsibility to ensure workloads are appropriately balanced among team members. Manage treasury reporting and analysis to support management decision‑making. Coordinate responses to internal/external audit requests and ensure issues are resolved in a collaborative manner. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal/external controls, and SOX procedures; alert management of any potential non‑compliances. Act as a resource for the team regarding more complex treasury trends/issues and maintain current knowledge of treasury standards. Identify issues/concerns and recommend improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence. May lead or participate in departmental or enterprise‑wide projects. Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external business partners. Demonstrate project management leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time‑sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines. Demonstrate ability to successfully hire, retain, develop and coach staff via a culture of real‑time performance feedback, with ability to build both technical and leadership skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi‑task while maintaining strict attention to detail. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style. Demonstrate the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information. Must‑Haves 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's). (Minimum Required) 5+ Years of experience in Treasury and/or Finance that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position, including 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Designation (Preferred) Strong knowledge of payment systems, banking platforms, and regulatory compliance. Experience with accounts payable/money out functions including ACH, wire transfers and check processing. Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations. Strategic thinker who can adapt quickly to changing priorities and persevere through challenges. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to read, analyze and interpret both internal and external documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures. Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop collaborative approaches.
