We are seeking a dedicated SLP to provide individualized care to patients ranging from infancy through young adulthood (ages 0-20). As a therapist-led organization, we prioritize quality care, work-life balance, and a supportive team environment. Provide in-home speech therapy to pediatric patients with diverse needs, including developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and feeding/swallowing challenges. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Empower families with education and strategies to support their child’s progress. Document assessments, progress, and goals in compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Requirements:

Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow candidate Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care. Reliable transportation for home visits. Why Join Us?
