This highly respected not-for-profit hospital network in the Cincinnati area is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join its established audiology department. This organization is known for delivering comprehensive healthcare services across multiple specialties, including cancer care, cardiology, spine, neurosurgery, and more. The system supports over 1,000 providers, while the audiology team remains a small, experienced, and collaborative group.
Position Overview The Audiologist will join a seasoned audiology team (5–7 providers) with low turnover and extensive clinical experience. While training and mentorship are available, the ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cases independently and contributing to a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine diagnostic testing, including:
Audiograms
Tympanometry
Word recognition testing
Counsel and educate patients on hearing loss and treatment
Fit and dispense hearing aids
See a small pediatric population
Provide limited support for BAHA patients
Take ear impressions and create custom ear pieces
