Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or Core), and ReactJS. Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality. Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components. Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development. Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications. Support Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs. Ability to coordinate with Application and Platform teams, Hyper‑Care support, performance optimization, unit test & integration test support. Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 technical delivery. Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs. Strong client‑facing role at the customer location or remotely. Project Collaboration:
Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers. Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability. Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. Strong proficiency in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API). PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP). ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component‑based architecture). Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development. Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Proven experience in leading support or development teams. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
