Outside Sales Representative

to develop and manage customer relationships, generate new business, and grow revenue within an assigned territory. This role focuses on face-to-face selling, consultative relationship building, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in the field. Experience in automotive, fleet, upfitting, manufacturing, or B2B sales is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Prospect and generate new business within an assigned territory

Conduct in-person sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions

Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales follow-ups

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Track sales activities and opportunities using CRM tools

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred

Ability to travel within the assigned territory

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Automotive, fleet, or mechanical knowledge is a plus
