The team focuses on identifying opportunities to leverage relationships across Wealth Management (MSWM), Institutional Securities (ISG), and Investment Management (MSIM) to enhance client outcomes while driving revenue and asset growth. The IPO Support Services team within SCM is responsible for introducing the Firm’s WM offerings to our IPO clients, including Directed Share Programs (DSP), Equity Administration, Corporate Retirement Consulting and Corporate Cash Solutions. DSPs are corporate plans which allow IPO shares to be offered to constituencies important to an issuer (e.g., employees, friends and family, business associates, etc.). The IPO Support Services team works with our Investment Banking Coverage Officers and their corporate clients to design, administer and execute bespoke programs for their IPOs. Role Summary
The DSP Execution Specialist will be responsible for executing DSPs for the Firm’s Investment Banking clients and performing other administrative and support duties. Additionally, they will be meaningfully involved in assisting the IPO Support Services team with day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
Work directly with issuers on DSP administration and execution Develop relationships and collaborate with key DSP internal partners, e.g., legal and compliance, service center, operations, Financial Advisors, etc. Coordinate with WM Technology on DSP website support and functionality Manage DSP metrics and reporting and communications library Assist with audit and compliance requirements Support DSP reinvestment efforts and initiatives Qualifications
3+ years related industry experience Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Package Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines Rigorous attention to detail Superior organizational, interpersonal and client service skills Flexible, team player with the ability to think creatively and strategically Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Series 7 and 63 What you can expect from Morgan Stanley

$120,000
and
$205,000
per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
