This is a full-time opportunity for a Junior Security Engineer based in South Jersey (hybrid-friendly), joining a growing mid-sized Healthcare company that supports both internal corporate systems and customer-facing platforms. Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or systems administration
Basic understanding of security concepts such as access control, patching, and vulnerability management
Familiarity with Linux or Windows operating systems
Experience with scripting or automation basics (PowerShell, Bash, or Python preferred)
Strong troubleshooting mindset and eagerness to learn
Desired Skills & Experience
Exposure to SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, ELK, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Knowledge of security tools like EDR, vulnerability scanners, or IAM platforms
Internship, lab, or home?lab security experience
Security+ or other entry-level security certification
