Position Overview Sterile Processing Technicians collect, clean, decontaminate, disinfect, inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and reusable medical devices according to established standards. They assure that instruments and equipment are safe and ready for patient use when needed. Meticulous attention to detail is an essential function of this position.

Job Opening We are hiring for multiple openings of Associate Sterile Processing Technician positions at Providence Alaska Medical Center Anchorage, AK!

Required Qualifications

Within 1 year of hire National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. Or

Within 1 year of hire National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sterile processing or Operating Room.
